Sacral Session

If you are someone with a defined Sacral center (red square on the bottom of a Bodygraph), this definition makes you a Generator or a Manifesting Generator. As a Generator, you are designed to respond to life, and to know yourself through your responses. But what if you don’t feel like being a Generator? What if you feel desperate to know your Sacral nature, or connect with this force in the first place? Then this session is a right decision for you.

Sacral Session is designed for Generators and Manifesting Generators with a Sacral Inner Authority, to help them connect with their Sacral energy hub, and awaken it to life. If you have an Emotional Inner Authority, your responses to these questions may change over time, depending on where you are in your wave. In both cases, you may still find this practice valuable for your body and spirit, and exercise your ways to satisfaction 🙂

“Know Thyself”, says the Delphi oracle. Generators represent 70% of humanity and they are designed to know themselves through Responding to life, which is the natural way of generating life and thus experience satisfaction. This is the healthy and correct way for the Sacral center to operate, by responding via sounds ahunh’ or ‘unun’ to what life brings. This is also a Generator Strategy – Respond to life. But instead, majority of Generators try to initiate life, meeting resistance, and filling the world with frustration.

Therefore, if you are a Generator or a Manifesting Generator, experimenting with your Sacral responses or wanting to practice your respondability mechanism, in order to find what really brings you satisfaction in life, and learn to recognize what makes you frustrated, a Sacral session is a great practical technique to help you connect with your Sacral mechanism.

I am a Mental Projector and, in my life, I deal with Generators more that with other Types. Working with different Generators, and carrying out Sacral sessions for them, I witnessed their surprise from discovering their Sacral force, and how they felt afterwards. This session can be a surprise for your mind, and liberation for your body to sound as it’s meant to sound. The more you sound like a Generator, the more you become a Generator.

How it works: we meet online in Zoom, you get yourself comfortable, relaxed, and let your Sacral just be and vibrate. I start with “warm up” questions, and when you feel more comfortable, we move on to the next series of questions. The questions are elaborated individually, based on your chart and life situations. Let your Sacral surprise you 🙂

The Sacral Session takes place online in a Zoom, takes 60 minutes, and includes the video & audio recordings, and an image of your BodyGraph.

Entry data: accurate birth data – day, month, year, time (!), country, state (if you live in the USA, Canada or Australia), city/town.

Prerequisite / Recommendations: Overview of your chart or a Foundation Reading with an IHDS certified Analyst, and experimenting with your Strategy & Authority for a while.
